SWRCA2025-08-21T11:35:25+04:30Services of Women Relieve Center for Afghanistan (SWRCA) is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization established in 1994 in Farah Province. Since 1996, we have been delivering humanitarian and development assistance across western Afghanistan, including Herat, Farah, Badghis, and Ghor provinces.
SWRCA is a registered member of UNOCHA and SWBAC, with its main office in Herat and a central coordination office in Kabul.

Our Partnerships
Over the past three decades, SWRCA has partnered with leading organizations including FAO, UNHCR, IOM, UNOCHA, USAID, WFP, UN-HABITAT, and the Canada Fund. Together, we have implemented projects in infrastructure development, vocational training for women, social and human rights promotion, income generation, and emergency response.

SWRCA is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors and supported by skilled staff across its departments. We are committed to transparency, accountability, and professionalism—values that guide us as we continue to serve Afghan communities with integrity and impact.
