• Budgeting & Planning: Preparing accurate budgets aligned with program objectives and donor agreements.

• Financial Controls: Implementing systems to prevent errors, fraud, and misuse of funds.

• Cash & Asset Management: Safeguarding cash, bank accounts, and organizational assets.

• Procurement Oversight: Ensuring fair, transparent, and competitive purchasing procedures.

• Financial Reporting: Producing timely and accurate financial reports for management, donors, and auditors.

• Audits & Reviews: Cooperating fully with internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accountability.

Staff Responsibilities

All SWRCA staff handling financial resources are required to:

• Follow financial policies, procedures, and donor requirements.

• Maintain accurate and complete financial records.

• Report any irregularities, fraud, or misuse of funds immediately.

• Support a culture of accountability and transparency.
