At the Services of Women Relieve Center for Afghanistan (SWRCA), our Human Resources (HR) is dedicated to managing and supporting our most valuable asset—our people. HR plays a central role in ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains skilled, motivated, and committed staff to achieve SWRCA’s mission.


Our Purpose

The HR Directorate provides a clear framework for recruitment, training, performance management, and staff welfare, ensuring a fair, inclusive, and professional work environment. Our goal is to empower staff to perform effectively while fostering career growth and organizational excellence.


Key Functions of HR

SWRCA’s HR operates under four main functions:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Identifying and hiring the best candidates through fair, transparent, and merit-based procedures.

  • Training and Development: Providing orientation and ongoing professional development to strengthen staff skills and capabilities.

  • Performance Management and Motivation: Regularly assessing performance, recognizing achievements, and creating opportunities for motivation and engagement.

  • Retention and Employee Well-being: Promoting staff satisfaction and long-term commitment through fair compensation, benefits, and a supportive work environment.


HR Responsibilities

The HR team is responsible for managing all aspects of staff employment, including:

  • Job analysis and workforce planning.

  • Transparent recruitment and selection processes.

  • Orientation and job-specific training for new staff.

  • Managing salaries, benefits, and staff rights.

  • Providing incentives, recognition, and career advancement opportunities.

  • Creating an integrated, safe, and respectful workplace.
