Safeguarding Guidelines
At the Services of Women Relieve Center for Afghanistan (SWRCA), we are committed to the highest standards of safeguarding. We recognize our duty to protect the dignity, rights, and well-being of all individuals we work with—especially women, children, and vulnerable groups. Safeguarding is central to our mission and values, ensuring that our programs are delivered with safety, respect, and accountability at their core.
What is Safeguarding?

Providing safe, confidential, and accessible ways for beneficiaries, staff, and communities to report safeguarding concerns.
-
Taking immediate, fair, and appropriate action in response to safeguarding violations.
Responsibilities of Staff and Partners
All SWRCA staff, volunteers, consultants, and implementing partners are required to:
-
Comply with SWRCA’s safeguarding standards and code of conduct.

Report any safeguarding concerns or violations immediately.
-
Maintain professional boundaries and respectful behavior at all times.
