In 2013, the Services of Women Relieve Center for Afghanistan (SWRCA), in collaboration with the Community Rehabilitation and Development Support Agency (CRDSA), conducted a Juridical Training Course in Farah Center. The program aimed to strengthen community knowledge of legal rights and dispute resolution mechanisms, promoting justice, accountability, and community empowerment.

Objectives

  • To enhance legal literacy among community members.

  • To strengthen local capacity for dispute resolution and access to justice.

  • To empower communities to actively engage in governance and protection mechanisms.

Activities

  • Training Sessions: Conducted comprehensive training for 100 community members, covering legal rights, dispute resolution processes, and the principles of justice and accountability.

  • Awareness & Advocacy: Participants were encouraged to share knowledge within their communities to enhance collective understanding of legal rights.

  • Capacity Building: Emphasized practical skills for addressing disputes and navigating local justice mechanisms.

Achievements

  • Trained 100 community members, equipping them with knowledge and skills to resolve disputes effectively.

  • Increased awareness of legal rights and local justice processes among participants.
