SWRCA2025-08-21T11:35:25+04:30Services of Women Relieve Center for Afghanistan (SWRCA) is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization established in 1994 in Farah Province. Since 1996, we have been delivering humanitarian and development assistance across western Afghanistan, including Herat, Farah, Badghis, and Ghor provinces. SWRCA is a registered member of UNOCHA and SWBAC, with its main office in Herat and a central coordination office in Kabul.

Our Partnerships

Over the past three decades, SWRCA has partnered with leading organizations including FAO, UNHCR, IOM, UNOCHA, USAID, WFP, UN-HABITAT, and the Canada Fund. Together, we have implemented projects in infrastructure development, vocational training for women, social and human rights promotion, income generation, and emergency response.
